BelloCell®-500DP contains a special dissolvable matrix 朆ioNOC™ D, that dissolves after cell culture enabling cells to be harvested without requiring enzymatic treatment. Up to 3x10(9) cells are achievable in one bottle.
This bottle is particularly suited for applications requiring the harvest of cell mass without the use of enzymatic treatment.
Examples are membrane protein, or virus/vaccine production that are sensitive to trypsin or other extraction reagents.
