VCS系列振動控制器具有全系列的振動試驗功能，能夠在電動或液壓振動臺上實現隨機、正弦掃額、諧振搜索和駐留、典型沖擊、正弦加隨機、隨機加隨機、在寬帶隨機下實現窄帶隨機加正弦、沖擊響應譜控制、瞬態仿真、道路譜模擬等振動試驗。控制軟件運行在Windows7/810下，界面友好，操作便捷；同時系統還提供完善的試驗進程管理、數據指示和試驗報告生成等功能，使得測試更加方便、可靠。

振動控制儀采用模塊設計和分布式數據處理方案，容易進行通道及試驗功能擴充。32位高速雙DSP處理結構、低噪聲電路設計技術.24A/D和D/A硬件，高速USB2.0數據通訊電路組成，采用自適應控制算法的控制軟件功能強大，將振動控制系統技術性能提高一個全新的水平。
