設備為機電一體化，兩電極箱采用電動移動，氣動夾緊、無氣源可采用腳踏回壓夾緊，方便快捷、手動取下工件觀察或轉動工件觀察，主電路采用新型觸發模塊電路、邏輯斷電相位控制衰減式退磁、具有操作簡單、經濟實用的優點，根據客戶需要可采用PLC進行系統控制，適用于各種零部件探傷，可采用黑磁粉或熒光磁粉檢測。
