致茂電子推出太陽電池陣列模擬電源,型號62000H-S系列提供可模擬太陽電池陣列的開路電壓(Voc)達1800V及短路電流(Isc)達30A于3U高電源模塊,且具有響應快速之設計以模擬太陽電池的輸出I-V曲線,此可應用于光伏逆變器、微逆變器及太陽能充電器的功率追蹤(MPPT)效能測試。
此62000H-S系列具有高速100k Hz的數字化資料擷取連續量測線路及數碼濾波機制,及高速25kHz的D/A控制,此可精準地模擬I-V曲線,并且可響應光伏逆變器的拉載市電漣波效應于I-V曲線模擬時,單機內建EN50530 & Sandia太陽電池數學模型,使用者可簡單地于單機前面板設定太陽電池I-V特性(Voc/Isc/Vmp/Imp)后輸出一模擬太陽電池陣列I-V曲線予光伏逆變器測試其靜態MPPT性能。
另外實際太陽電池(Solar Array)陣列會因天候如照度、溫度、云遮或下雨而影響輸出I-V曲線,此62000H-S系列單機可讓使用者儲存100條I-V曲線,且可設定每條曲線欲執行輸出時間,此可讓使用者測試光伏逆變器于不同地區下天候條件的長時間功率追蹤性能。
62000H-S系列具備16bit高分辨率的數碼控制及精準的電壓及電流量測機制,并搭配圖形化操作軟件(Softpanel),此可實時地測試及顯示光伏逆變器的功率追蹤狀況,且測試MPPT EFF%讀值,另外使用者可選擇欲儲存的量測讀值于軟體上。
大功率太陽電池陣列模擬需求于商業用及發電站用光伏逆變器測試時,使用者可簡單地并聯方式連接二臺或多臺電源模塊以整合為1.5MW系統。62000H-S系列電源供應器具有主/從并聯控制模式達16臺288kW輸出,使并聯操作模式快速又簡易,在此模式中,使用者只需透過前面板或遠端數碼控制主(Master unit)單機,系統會自動將設定數值下載資料到從屬(Slave unit)單機,具有高速同步訊號控制處理,且系統具有自動均流控制。
62 000 H-S系列直流電源供應器操作非常簡單,從前面板按鍵或遠端控制器經由Ethernet/ USB/RS232/RS485/GPIB/APG控制界面。其具有3U精巧尺寸,可毫無困難的以標準機架堆棧于機臺上。
